Do you handle SwiftX or retail delivery packages?
No. ORD Cross Dock is an independent commercial freight cross-docking and warehousing company. We are not affiliated with SwiftX Express and cannot track, receive or release retail packages. Contact your delivery carrier here.
Can I arrive outside regular hours?
Regular hours are 8 AM to 5 PM. After-hours service is available by appointment. Contact our freight team to confirm availability and arrange your arrival.
What should I include in a freight request?
Tell us your company, service needed, pallet count, total weight, type of freight and preferred arrival date and time. Include any special handling needs so we can discuss your requirements.
